Expected IPO price is 225-230. 

It is a loss marking entity as of now.

As per Valuation done by company in 30.06.2023…..

1. LED Division = 534 Cr

2. Paper Division = 142 Cr

3. Pharma Division = 793 Cr

Total Value of the Business = INR 1469 Cr.
