Polymatech price surged from Rs 54 to Rs 85 in a week. It is really good bet to buy as the company is currently trading @ PE multiple of 14 whereas industry average PE is 100. Even if we consider PE of 50 with EPS of 10 ,the price arrives to minimum Rs 500. I am expecting IPO around Rs 500 with listing around Rs 700. As per latest MD message the company has achieved turnover of Rs 1700 crore. The YOY growth of the company looks good, the PLI subsidy from government will boost the profitability of the company. There is huge Gap in supply n demand in Semi conductor industry. So accumulate as much as you can and sit tight, once IPO is announced you will not get any shares.
