NCL-Buildtek has announced Dividend of Rs.1

NCL-Buildtek has informed to the investors that the Board of Directors ("Board") of the Company had, in its meeting held on 29^th November 2021, declared a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share having nominal value of Rs. 10/- each for the FY ending on 31^st March 2021. The dividend will be paid subject to the approval of the Members in the 4^th AGM to be held on 24^th December, 2021. Who is eligible for Dividend? The dividend will be paid to the members holding equity shares in electronic form as at the close of business hours on Thursday, the 16^th December, 2021 on the basis of details of beneficial ownership furnished by the Depositories and to the Members holding shares in physical form whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business hours on Thursday, the 16^th December, 2021 after giving effect to valid requests received for transmission/ transposition of shares on or before Thursday, the 16^th December, 2021.
