Delete Your UnlistedZone Account

You can ask us to delete your UnlistedZone account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what data is removed, what we may have to keep under Indian law, and how long the process takes. No login is required.

How to request deletion

Submit the form on this page

Enter the email address or phone number registered with your account and press Submit deletion request. You can also email [email protected] from your registered address.

We verify it's you

To protect your account, our team confirms the request comes from the registered account holder before deleting anything. We may contact you to verify.

Your account is deleted

Once verified, we delete your account and associated data within 30 days and email you a confirmation.

What data is deleted

Your profile and login credentials (name, email, phone)
KYC details you submitted in the app (PAN, bank and demat details)
Your watchlist, portfolio and holdings you added
Buy/sell enquiries and order requests you placed
Device push-notification tokens

What we may retain, and for how long

As a business dealing in unlisted securities, we are legally required to keep certain records even after your account is deleted. These are retained only for as long as the law requires — generally up to 5 years under the PMLA, and up to 8 years for tax records under the Income-Tax Act — after which they are deleted or anonymised. Retained records include:

Transaction and dealing records required under SEBI regulations, the Prevention of Money-Laundering Act (PMLA) and the Income-Tax Act
Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with a legal or regulatory obligation

We do not keep your data any longer than necessary, and we never sell it.

Deletion timeline

Verified requests are completed within 30 days. Data we must retain by law is deleted at the end of its legal retention period.
