CIAL schedules 800 weekly operations in domestic sector

Cochin International Airport Ltd. enlists 800 domestic operations for the summer schedule which is effective till 30th October 2021. The Winter schedule which ended in March 2021 had featured 742 services in domestic sector. Of the 400 weekly departures scheduled for the season, Indigo will operate 167 services while Air Asia planned to operate 62 services.
The domestic summer schedule features connectivity to 15 cities from Kochi which includes 105 weekly departures to Bangalore, 63 to Delhi, 59 to Chennai, 47 to Mumbai,35 to Hyderabad,14 to Pune and 7 to Patna. Air Asia will be operating additional daily flights in Chennai, Bangalore and Delhi Sectors while SpiceJet will be operating additional flights in Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai and Bangalore. Seven weekly flights each to Thiruvananthapuram and Kannur are also been scheduled.
