The Catholic Syrian Bank is planning to come up with an IPO soon. The IPO size would be approx 550 Cr. It would be a mix of Fresh Shares and OFS. Before the IPO, the CSB is giving shareholders an opportunity to offer their shares in the upcoming IPO. If you do not participate in the OFS then your shares will get locked-in for one year. If you participate in the OFS then you will get a chance to exit at IPO Price. OFS Offer
