The promoters of Matrix Gas, Anmol Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi, have been barred by SEBI in connection with the Gensol corporate governance case.

As a result, the risk associated with Matrix Gas has significantly increased.

Valuation of Matrix Gas Pre-IPO Shares

As on 15.02.2024

No. of Shares = ~1.98 CR

After that in the Private Placement Matrix Gas has issued ~60 Lakh shares at INR 400 per share. 

Total Share Outstanding ~2.58Cr. 

At Unlisted Pre-IPO Price of INR 900 per share, the Mcap is INR 2300 Cr. 

Fy23 Numbers-

Revenue = 490 Cr
PAT = 32 Cr

P/E = 72x. Looks very high..
